How It Works
Incentive scheme — visible to all technicians
📋 Overview
Every week, the number of eligible job cards you complete determines your payout tier. You must cross a threshold of 50 JCs before any incentive starts. After that, each additional JC earns you a fixed amount per JC based on which tier you're in — higher tiers pay more per JC.

🧮 Example Calculation
Say you complete 75 JCs in a week:
• First 50 JCs → ₹0 (below threshold)
• JCs 51–60 (10 JCs × ₹25) → ₹250
• JCs 61–75 (15 JCs × ₹50) → ₹750
• First 50 JCs → ₹0 (below threshold)
• JCs 51–60 (10 JCs × ₹25) → ₹250
• JCs 61–75 (15 JCs × ₹50) → ₹750
Total payout = ₹250 + ₹750 = ₹1,000
🚫 Voided JCs — What Gets Excluded
A job card is voided (not counted towards your weekly total) if the same bike comes back for a repeat repair within 3 days.
Why voids exist:
If a bike you repaired today comes back for repair within 3 days, the original JC is flagged as a comeback — meaning the repair wasn't fully effective. That JC is excluded to ensure quality repairs are rewarded, not just quantity.
